Flow of costume cooperation

We will proceed according to the following steps.
Step 1: Contact us

Please contact us with the following information using the inquiry form at the bottom of the page.

・Name, email address, medium used, date of use

After confirming the details of your inquiry, a representative will contact you.

*Inquiries made outside business hours or during holidays will be responded to on the next business day.
*Depending on the media you use, we may direct you to a showroom (contractor) in Tokyo.

 Step 2: Select your product

Please pick up your desired product from this site and reply to us by email, including your shipping address.

*Please send us the list at least 3 business days before the date of use.
*Please note that reserved items cannot be rented out.

 Step 3: Shipping the rental item

It will be shipped by Sagawa Express.

After shipping, we will notify you of the parcel tracking number via email.

 Step 4: Returning unused items

For products that were not used in the photo shoot, please return them to us.

*Return shipping costs will be borne by the stylist.

If it is difficult to post credits in the end credits, etc., please tag the mamian official account on the wearer's or media's official SNS.

Exchanges are possible if in stock. If the item is out of stock, we may replace it with a similar item.

When we send the shipping completion email, we will attach the logo data and send it to you.
